Behold the Chevy Blazer Chalet, the factory pop-up camper version of the well-known Chevy Blazer. Only 1780 of them were made between 1976 and 1977; offered for sale is #589. It had two previous owners before we purchased it last year. The previous owner put over $11,000 into it over the last few years, and the truck comes with receipts for all of the work, including but not limited to new: -winch and custom bumper (have the original bumper too) -belts and hoses – radiator -fan clutch -U joints -Skyjacker 6″ lift -steering arm -alternator -Edelbrock intake manifold  -Edelbrock carbs  -transfer case drop down kit -new Chevy 400ci engine  -quarters and new rockers  -Falken Rocky Mountain ATS tires  -carpet  -exhaust, mufflers, tail pipes -A/C upgraded to R134A The interior is complete, original, and in good shape. The bench seats fold flat into a bed to sleep two, and there is a second sleeping quarter above the truck cab. Kitchen includes a sink, fridge, propane heater and double top stove, overhead lighting, and a paper towel rack. There is also ample storage. It’s surprisingly roomy and comfortable inside.  The body and interior have been kept original, while the mechanics have been upgraded to make the truck more reliable and usable. It’s much cheaper, more maneuverable, and rarer than a traditional motorhome or VW Westfalia conversion, and much more comfortable and livable than a converted 4×4. It’s ready to take you to the ends of the earth and back.
