This beautiful 1961 98-point Impala was originally purchased by the current owner in 1998. At which time a meticulous 3-year restoration Began. After complete disassembly the body was covered in ivory white over spectra-master green. New coil-over double wishbone suspension was added to the front of the vehicle with Wildwood 4-piston calipers and slotted cross-drilled rotors on all 4 corners handling the stopping power. The wheels are custom Boyd Coddington “smoothies” wrapped with XXX/XX/XX tires. Powered by a new Chevrolet 383ci balanced and blueprinted roller stroker motor. Featuring a crower 262/420 roller cam & rockers, AFR heads, steel crank and rods, Milodon forged pistons, 4 barrel carburetor, HEI ignition +++!

Linked to a custom built 700R4 automatic transmission. The completely restored interior has been done in matching ivory white and spectra master green with green tweed inserts. A complete custom auto meter dashboard has been installed accompanied by a “vintage air” air-conditioning system. The list of upgrades is endless! Since it’s completion it has appeared then several publications, including the cover of the May 2003 edition of classic Chevy magazine. It has also won multiple accolades at various car shows across the country.
