The factory matching-numbers HyFire V-8 Motor is powerful and runs very strong. The Engine Compartment still has its original decals and washer bag. Among this car’s many features are Chrysler’s Push-Button Automatic Transmission, Torsion Bar Suspension, and Power Steering. Reason for Plymouth to be named the best handling car in the United States by Motor Trend magazine in 1957. Gorgeous original factory colors: Two-tone Tiffany Blue and White. Attractive and original Three-tone Interior – in Dark Blue, Light Blue, and Tan – which has never been altered, including the Dashboard, Door Panels, Headliner, Seats, etc. The Dashboard and Gauges in particular are in excellent original condition. All the vinyl panels on the Seats are completely intact and are in great original condition, although the cloth on the front seat has split at the seams. All the Glass is intact as well, including the beautiful wrap-around Windshield and the stylish curved rear windows. The Tailgate Window opens and closes properly. The entire Tailgate itself is very solid and opens and closes correctly. The spare tire well is completely solid – amazing. The Undercarriage is very solid as well, including the Rocker Panels and Quarters. The whitewall Tires are all in very good condition. The original 1957 Plymouth literature is in the glove compartment.
