1973 Triumph Stag.  Pimento Red/Black. U.S. delivered. Original colors.  Borg Warner automatic transmission. Triumph’s first V8-powered offering. Only about 8000 of these cars were ever exported from England.  Full frame-up restoration recently completed by a retired professional British motorcar mechanic.  All body and paint work professionally completed.  Rebuilt motor with new pistons and rings, rebuilt cylinder head, new bearings, new valves, new timing chains and gears, new tensioner, new water pump and thermostat, new motor and transmission mounts, new front and rear driveline U-joints, new front brake calipers, new rear wheel cylinders, new master cylinder and rebuilt power brake unit, new all-stainless exhaust, muffler and pipes, new carpets throughout, new sun visors, new temperature and oil gauges, re-chromed bumpers front and rear, new tires and reconditioned alloy wheels.  This car has the all-important upgrade to electronic ignition which solves many drivability issues.  Many extra parts including: four wire spoke wheels, extra short block with pan, extra automatic transmission and differential, two doors complete with glass and power-window motors, a hood, and extra carbs and an intake manifold. Many of these parts are strapped to a pallet and are ready to be loaded to a freight forwarder.  This car does not have soft-top fabric but it has good top bows. Soft top fabric is available elsewhere on eBay for less than $500.  The hardtop for this car is included but has yet to be restored. Owner’s manual and a tool pouch (but no tools).  Fresh, correct restoration to factory specifications. Lovely car. Don’t miss it!
