1970 Chevrolet Corvette LS5 454/390, 2x NCRS Top Flight! for sale

Check out this beautiful NCRS National Award Winning 1970 Chevrolet Corvette LS5 454/390. This Corvette took home an NCRS Regional Top Flight Award in September of 2013, and an NCRS National Top Flight Award in 2014 with 96.8 points out of 100. It has also been featured on the cover of the NCRS Restorer Magazine! It was purchased new at Downtown Chevrolet in Minneapolis, MN in the rare Corvette Bronze Color, with the 454ci/390hp V8, and 4-Speed Manual Transmission. The car was stored indoors in a climate controlled environment for many years. The odometer currently reads 16,192 miles.It was purchased by an NCRS Judge in 2010 and he began a frame off restoration which he completed in 2012. During the restoration, the body was removed and the classic and drive-line parts were cleaned and painted or re-finished. There was zero rust, and the body was stripped to bare fiberglass before being repainted in its original color of Corvette Bronze. Every component on the car is original besides the paint, and it still retains its 100% Original Numbers Matching Drivetrain down to the PCV Valve. It features its original ball joints, original front suspension, original dated shocks with spring tags still in place, original brake calipers and brake hoses with single crimp and red lines, original frame stencil, original jack with dated storage box and T-Top bags. It even has all of its original Glass! The interior is 100% original, with the exception of new seat covers. During the restoration, even the carpet tags were even found beneath the carpet.
