Top of the line for the Ford Motor Company in 1959 the Mark lV Convertible was built in limited numbers and was the most expensive car Ford offered at the time.  It had the biggest engine sold by Ford and was built on the longest wheelbase offered by Ford on a production car. This vehicle was used for carrying dignitaries in Parades in the Seattle area at a time when a man’s standing was judged by the length of the car in which he was carried in. A superbly original car that will be an asset to any collection.
